WHAT SUPPORT AND TOOLS ARE OFFERED BY THE KEBAB CAFÉ FRANCHISE SYSTEM?

You and your manager will complete up to an eight day training program at one of our flagship stores. This comprehensive program covers our exclusive methods, recipes and operational system. You will also receive, among other things, a detailed procedures and operation manual, the rights to our exclusive recipe’s and trademarks, plus numerous marketing tools and manuals. You will receive pre-opening assistance and ongoing support from our regional operations team.

WHAT KIND OF PRIOR EXPERIENCE DOES THE KEBAB CAFÉ FRANCHISE SYSTEM REQUIRE?

A foodservice background is not necessary, although helpful, our training methods and program will guide you through the necessary steps to become a Kebab Café franchisee. We do expect you to have business management and customer service skills, as well as the required capital to invest in the franchise.

WHAT IS THE INITIAL FRANCISE FEE?

The franchise fee is $25,000. Initial fees fund our pre-opening support of your operations, including start up assistance, initial headquarters-based training and onsite help.

WHAT ONGOING FEES ARE PAID TO KEBAB CAFÉ FRANCHISE COMPANY?

Franchisees will be required to pay 5% percent royalty, based on gross revenues. These fees allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of new products, marketing tools, training programs and system upgrades.

WHAT ABOUT ADVERTISING FEES?

Franchisees will be required to spend 2% of their gross revenues on local marketing. All local marketing plans, ideas and programs must be approved by Kebab Café Franchise Corporation, before implementation but the franchise company, at this time does not require any direct advertising fees to be paid.

WHAT IS THE TERM OF THE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT?

The initial term of the franchise agreement is 10 years, with two subsequent 5 year renewal terms.
